The Story

Ryan Eccleston and his wife Ashley had built Bespoke Foil Company with over 100 different products, but faced a common business challenge: one product (handcrafted foil prints for new parents) drove 90% of their revenue whilst the remaining 99+ products created complexity without meaningful returns. The opportunity was clear: identify their true niche, eliminate the deadwood, and transform into a focused premium consumer brand with the foundation for national franchise expansion.


We began by helping them recognize what their customers were actually buying - the handcrafted foil prints that captured precious early childhood memories. We eliminated all underperforming products and implemented our Four Fibre® methodology around this core offering - strategically binding market positioning, messaging, brand development, and digital presence together. This wasn't about treating each element as a separate project; it was about creating an integrated business ecosystem focused entirely on their strength.


Beyond the Four Fibre® strategy, we implemented comprehensive operational systems to support growth including automated order processing, WhatsApp chatbot for artwork approval, and automated upsell systems. We took care of complete creative direction for all video and photography, building a visual assets library suitable for a national franchise network. Every element was designed not just for current success, but to establish the brand authority and operational foundation needed for franchise expansion.
